- Be the first point of connection for prospective students—guiding them through their education journey via inbound and outbound calls, email and SMS Texting
- Respond to inquiries and manage leads using our CRM system with accuracy and care
- Clearly communicate program details, career outcomes, and enrollment steps
- Ensure all interactions align with federal, state, accreditation, and institutional guidelines
- Build trust with prospective students by delivering a supportive, informative, and positive experience
- 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with excellent grammar and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals
- Remote work flexibility with occasional in-person trainings
- Daytime schedule, Monday–Friday
- Starting pay: $20/hour minimum
