Position Overview
We are looking for an innovative, entrepreneurial and strategic-thinking Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive sales/enrollments through market expansion and partnerships. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on building pipelines, expanding market opportunities, and driving business success through collaboration.

Reporting to the Director of Admissions the BDA will possess knowledge and experience working with corporate partners to drive revenue growth. If you have a passion for education services and business development, we want to hear from you!


Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and reach key decision makers for new corporate partnerships through outbound communications including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking primarily to healthcare organizations, nurse educators, and human resource teams.
  • Assist in data mining of customer data sources for lead/prospect creation to assist senior director of business development. 
  • Occasional travel to industry conferences as an exhibitor to network and build relationships.
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for senior director of business development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for business expansion.
  • Use CRM tools to manage sales activities and client information.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors and market conditions to pinpoint growth opportunities.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies to promote our products or services.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of combined experience in sales and business development, ideally corporate education experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with data mining sources, preferably ZoomInfo.
Pay: The base compensation for this position is $60,000/year commensurate with experience and qualifications plus an additional performance-based compensation plan.  Competitive benefits package.
