If you love working with people, this may be the perfect fit for you! Weston Distance Learning (WDL) seeks a Student Services Representative to work in our Fort Collins, Colorado office. WDL schools provide high-quality, flexible training at an affordable tuition and our mission is to help people change their lives through distance education. Our courses are written and developed especially for the distance learner and our administration, faculty and staff provide student-centered, real-world curricula and exceptional service.

As a Student Services Representative, you will be primarily taking phone calls and responding to emails from students who have questions about their account, course progress, financial arrangements or career guidance. 

Requirements include:

  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills; 1-2 years customer service experience highly preferred, telephone customer service experience a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized and make effective decisions while working independently
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, including accurate grammar and spelling
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
  • Availability to work daytime hours Monday – Friday 
  • High School diploma or equivalent
