As we expand our impact, we're looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Director to build and lead our Inside Sales team and drive strategic growth through corporate partnerships.Position SummaryThe Corporate Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a high-performance sales strategy that accelerates revenue growth and strengthens client relationships. This role demands a dynamic leader with a passion for building teams, driving results, and collaborating cross-functionally to shape the future of education in the corporate sector.Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team to achieve KPIs and corporate partnership goals.
- Align sales strategy with Marketing and Product Development to drive channel profitability and market share.
- Own the revenue and margin goals, ensuring consistent delivery against budget expectations.
- Develop strategic relationships with existing clients to grow business through best-in-class account management and negotiations.
- Lead talent acquisition and professional development within the sales team to cultivate a high-performing, agile, and customer-focused team.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on pipeline, performance metrics, and market challenges.
- Analyze sales data and trends to inform sales strategy and support customer growth.
- Establish and Oversee Sales Pipeline Planning system and provide accurate forecasts for leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company-wide strategies and objectives.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to lead and scale sales teams in a high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of market trends, new product opportunities, and customer behavior
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and developing strategic partnerships
- Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Self-starter with strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a strong desire to win
- Willingness to travel as required (10–20%)
